The law suit was much needed one since anyone can upload anything without even giving it a second thought. I don’t mind people sharing videos which are of personal nature. But what about those videos which a netizen has access to see , and may be helpful for him/her to ’earn’ from it? The companies spend scores of amount in research and developments and then finally come out with the ’product’ for sale... Now, if this ’product’ is for free on the net, will companies ever spend on finding a ’new product’ ?? Think it people !

Make way for change I say @Bijoy. We are all still relying on ’old’ revenue models. The internet has brought on a whole new experience and way of doing business / reaching out to consumers.

I have no sympathy for companies who have made multi millions of pounds from something that actually cost them 100,000 USD to make. Im all for profit, im not for thievery.

On a lighter note, if I uploaded myself having pr0n with chickens, there is bound to be an audience out there. If your not into that the simple thing is not to watch / look for it.

The internet represents freely accessible information. What ’information’ means is up for debate. In my case, chicken pr0n :D

Companies who rely on ’old revenue’ models and churn out ’new products’ based on them deserve to be buried!

The new model of the internet: Free content, much advertising!
